Requirements:
(i) Name and address of attorney must be included
(ii) Attorney can state specialization
(iii) Lawyer may not state/imply they are certified specialist in a field unless it is true

A
Solicitation: narrower, targeted communications directed at groups requiring specific service
Solicitation in person, by live telephone, or by real-time electronic contact is prohibited when a significant motive is lawyer’s pecuniary gain UNLESS person contact is:
*A lawyer
*A family member
*Close personal friend
*Has a prior professional relationship with soliciting lawyer
