A

A

ECG shows electrical activity that should produce a pulse, but where cardiac output is absent, or insufficient, such that a pulse is not clinically detectable

A
  • asystole
  • pulseless electrical activity

A
  • CPR!!!
  • adrenaline 1mg IV given in 1st cycle
  • adrenaline every other cycle whilst rhythm persists
