A
White out or diffuse bilateral infiltrates

What would be the best way to manage ARDS
A
Mechanical ventilation with PEEP
- TV 5-7 or 6-8ml/kg ideal body weight
- peak inspiratory flow 1 to 1.2 as needed
- Peep around 10cm H2O
Also be sure to treat underlying cause
