Methadone have really bad side effects?
Nope. No bone decay, loss of libido, or cushing syndrome.
Lithium common s/e
Polyuria, polydipsia, tremor, mental confusion at higher doses
Depakote s/e
GI upset, sedation, tremor at high doses

hypotension but fewer anticholinergic effects
