If the pt is Unstabel
- Less than Adequate perfusion
- Profound Bradycardia (HR < 40) and APO
- Runs of VT or Ventricular Escape rhytms
- HR <20

A
- Atropine
- Adrenaline Infusion
- Transthoracic pacing

What is the normal pathyway of Bradycardia ?
A
- Vagus Nerve (Cranial Nerve x)
- Stimulated by carotid sinuses or other stimuli
- Sends messages to SA and AV node
- Release Acetylcholine which binds to the SA and AV nodes
- Increases Threshold potential
- Decreases Heart Rate
