-red patches, may blister
antibiotics (penicillins, rifampicin, quinolones, co-trimoxazole), antifungals, antiepileptics (carbamarzepine), NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen), Paracetamol, Antihypertensives
Erythema Multiform. (skins)
-targetoid lesions, raised oedematous papules
sulfonamides (co-trimoxazole), sulfonylureas, antiepileptics (phenytoin, carbamazepine, barbiturates), antibiotics (penicillin, tetracyclines, cephalosporins, rifampicin), anti TB agents (isoniazid)
SJS/TEN (skin), Type 4 HS rxn
-widespread rash (red patches, targetoid lesions/blisters), can be life-threatening
Sulfonamides (cotrimoxazole), beta-lactams (penicillin, cephalosporins), antiepileptics (phenytoin, carbamarzepine, phenobarbitone), anti-gout (Allopurinol), paracetamol, NSAIDs
Hepatocellular necrosis (liver)
