Employee, managers, opposing party, representative, claimant, respondent, judge and 2 lay members.

What is the process?
A
Collect documents, take into tribunal room, judge asks for evidence, read statements, ask questions. Not bound by rules of evidence or precedent.

What is Tribunal Outcome?
A
Decision is discussed by judges and delivered. Legally binding decisions, can appeal to upper tier (CoA)
