-right to be confronted by witness against you

-Powers not delegated to the United States by constitution are reserved for the states

Citizens from other states/countries cannot SUE a state in federal court

Electors cast separate ballots for president and vice president
-in case of tie, the house will determine the president
-senate chooses vice-president in case of tie

-congress has power to enforce this legislation for appropriate legislation

Lame Duck Admendment - Shortens time period between election of national legislators and the president and when they take office

-the District of Columbia can appoint electors for president/ vice president
-the number of electors can not exceed the smallest state
-Congress determines how the electors are chosen
24th amendment
-Outlawed the poll tax in any primary/other election for president or vice president or federal legislator
-Congress has the power this legislation by appropriate legislation
25th amendment
Clarified presidential succession
-vice president becomes president of President dies or resigns
