COMPARATIVE ADJECTIVES
e use comparative adjectives when talking about 2 things (
Often, the comparative adjective is followed by “than”.
“more” or “less” before an adjective that has not been modified.
Adjectives with three or more syllables form the comparative by putting more in front of the adjective

SUPERLATIVE ADJECTIVES
Superlative adjectives are used to indicate that something has the most or least of a specific quality.

For two-syllable words that end in “y,” the “y” is replaced with “-iest.”
Superlative adjectives can also be formed by adding “most” or “least” before an adjective that has not been modified.
COMPOUND ADJECTIVES
. Most compound adjectives are two-word adjectives, but they can be longer. Usually, a hyphen (or hyphens) is used to link the words together to show that it is one adjective.
