What is the treatment for Adenomyosis in women not wanting contraception?
Treatment can be used during menstruation for symptomatic relief.
Tranexamic acid when there is no associated pain.
Mefenamic acid when there is associated pain.
What is the management of Adenomyosis when contraception is wanted?
Mirena coil
Combined oral contraceptive pill
Cyclical oral progestogens
What are some specialist treatment options for Adenomyosis?
GnRH analogues to induce a menopause like state
Endometrial ablation
