Extends thigh at hip
Medially rotates thigh at hip and leg at knee
Semi-tendinosus
Innervation: L5-S1-S2
Sciatic nerve (tibial division)
Action: Flexes leg at knee
Extends thigh at hip
Medially rotates thigh at hip and leg at knee
Biceps femoris
Innervation: L5-S1-S2
Sciatic nerve
Action: Flexes and laterally rotates leg at knee
