A

Monitor withdrawal signs using CIWA scale
Benzos: Diazepam (if good liver function), Lorazepam/Oxazepam
Thiamine 300mf daily before glucose
Folic acid, multivitamins
Antipsychotics if severely agitation and hallucinations
Symptomatic mx
Correct electrolyte abnormalities, IV dextrose if hypoglycemic
