at home:
diazepam 10-20mg rectal
midazolam 10-20mg buccal

Hospital:
lorazepam 4mg IV
diazepam 10-20mg IV
No IV:
Diazepam 10-20mg rectal
midazolam 5-10mg IM

-give 50ml of 50% glucose if any suggestion hypoglycaemia

-transfer to ITU within 1 hour
control with general anaesthesia with thiopentone or propofol & monitor with EEGs
