Uraemia - causes fibrinous pericarditis

global changes
saddle-shaped ST elevation
PR depression

What management is given to acute pericarditis patient?

A

Treat underlying cause

1st line = NSAIDs and colchicine for acute idiopathic or viral pericarditis
