ECG Bloods: esp troponin History (CVD, RFs for IHD) and Exam Aspiring + Ticagrelor Morphine and metoclopramide PCI or thrombolysis with tenecteplase then rescue PCI

A
presenting <12hr from symptoms onset
can get to PCI centre <2hrs
>12hr but with ongoing ischaemia
stable patient 12-24hr
