Signs dehyd- CRT, skin turgor, resp patt, weak pulse, cool extrems.
Red flags- central cyan/pallor, unresp to social cues, look ill, not wake or stay awake, weak high pitch or contin cry, grunting, RR over 60, chest indraw, reduc skin turgor, bulging fontanelle.
Less sev signs- less activs, muc mems, less feed, reduc UO, rigors
