A
Type IV overgevoeligheidsreactie op medicatie

Kliniek AGEP
A
- Acuut ontstaan met koorts (>38,5°C)
- Verspreid erytheem met talrijke kleine niet-folliculaire, steriele pustels (intertrigines).
- Typische postpustulaire desquamatie na 4 tot 10 dagen
- Niet op orale mucosa, handpalmen en voetzolen. Geen aantasting interne organen.
- Labo: leukocytose (neutrofielen >7000/µl)

Medicatie (antibiotica, hydroxychloroquine, chloroquine, carbamazepine, nystatine), bacteriële of virale infectie
