A heart attack is a form of ASC, where there is a significant blockage in the coronary arteries.

- Unstable angina.
- STEMI.
- NSTEMI

A
Plaque, rupture, thrombosis and inflammation.

- ACS with ST-segment elevation (acute MI/heart attack).
