that as for theft+ using force/threat of force
There must be a completed theft therefore all
the 5 elements of theft must be fulfilled
If D honestly believes that he had a right to the property (.2.1.a) would there be a robbery
no because there is no theft as there was no dishonesty

R v Forrester
V kept £200 deposit when tenancy ended. But D believed he had been asked to leave without justification and the deposit was unfairly withheld. So he went into V’s house and took some of V’s items to use them to bargain to get his deposit or sell the items.
