A

European human rights 2 non-profits sued for violating free speech. Ireland had catholic constitution: outlawed abortion & any practices. 2 non-profit instructed women to go to UK (illegal).
Conclusion: Ireland violated EU protection of human rights & fundamental freedoms prohibition against restrictions of free speech. Overturned the Irish Supreme Court
