Earthworm- some great journey
Line- I feared it would never end!
Grasshopper- we are there
Line: where?
Earthworm: I felt it in my stomach, then a sudden bump
Line: (feeling Queasy) yes, yes earthworm, don’t remind us!
James- with lots of children on the sand for me to play with
Line:pardon my I’m still a trifle queasy, but am I wrong in thinking we appear to be er… bobbing?
All- bobbing?
Line- Up and down
James- were in the middle of the sea!
Line- Amazing!
Centipede- I can’t swim.
Line- (gasp) Nor can I!
James- sooner or later a ship is bound to come along and pick us up.
Line- And were not going to sink?
Miss spider- Deep breaths! We’re on holiday!
Line- No cares, no worries.
Centipede- those funny black things
(All look down)
Line- some kind of fish?
Earthworm- The most vicious, the most savage, the most bloodthirsty fish in the sea
Line - (nervously) surely not.
All- screaming
Line- They’re eating the peach!
Centipede- Escape! Escape!
Line- there must be something we can do!
Miss spider- what’s wrong with my thread?
Line- of course!
Earthworm- poppycock!
Line- ridiculous!
James- Pull and deliver, ladybird!
Line- Pulling and delivering James!
After James says pulling a delivering:
Say pulling and delivering (repeat cycle x2)
After centipede falls in water
Line- Aaaahhh!
Miss spider- save him! Save him!
Line- just when we were all so happy!
Old green grasshopper- heave! Heave! Heave!
Line- We thought we’d never see you again!
Centipede- A vast glistening in the early morning sunshine!
Line- Tiny streets and houses!
