Airworthiness cert.. visible to passengers entering only from right, Registration (on aircraft), POH with weight and balance within reach, and Radio Operator Cert if crossing boarders.

A

Yes. Similar to automobile.

No, as long as regular maintenance is performed.

What do the regs mean when they specify “Required Weight and Balance information in the POH”

A

There’s list of Empty weights, CG’s for every piece of equipment for that aircraft. Must be updated if changed.
