Transfusion related acute lung injury.
Signs and symptoms: Dyspnoea, decreased O2 saturation. Possible tachycardia, hypertension, signs of fluid overload

Actions: Stop the transfusion. RN. Assess chest X-ray for infiltrates, O2, possible intubation, ventilation, notify lab and lifeblood
