FACT

A

Force Analysis and Compliance Team is a part of the Office of Internal Oversight and Constitutional Policing Section and EIIP is a section with the Internal Affairs Bureau. FACT has the responsibility of reviewing each, and every use of force report authored by employees of our agency. They review the reports for many reasons, the first, being the ability to track emerging force related trends, both positive and negative, in our actual use of force incidents. Part of this review also ensures that the reports are accurate and well written accounts of what took place based on the standards outlined in the law and our internal policy/procedures.
