- A person who deals with the public, helping a business cultivate a positive reputation with the public

- Anything related to computing technology

International Monetary Fund
- International organization that has the mission of promoting growth and financial stability, reducing poverty

European Central Bank
- The central bank of the eurozone
- It coordinates the EU monetary policy and has the mission of achieving prive stability through low inflation

- It is used to evaluate the company’s competitive position, and then to develop strategic planning
GDP
Gross Domestic Product
- The monetary value of all finished goods and services, produced in a certain country
VAT
Value Added Tax
- General tax that’s applied to all of the commercial activities, and we can also call it a consumption tax, as it is a charge on the final consumer and not on the seller

Portuguese Stock Index
- Aggregates the 20 largest Portuguese companies listed on the Euronext Lisbon
- It is the main reference index of the Portuguese capital market
