  • Headache (frontal/occipital)

Signs

  • Broad spade-like hands
  • Prominent brow and jaw
  • Soft tissue thickening of face

A

Oral glucose tolerance test - glucose should suppress growth hormone - doesn’t occur in acromegaly.
