3 Prior c spine surgery new or increasing nontraumatic, cervical or neck, pain or radiculopathy
7 Chronic cervical or neck pain

Difficulty visualizing nerve root compression

A and B
A- vertical column, sp, pedicles aligned, patent disk space is, vertebra semetry
B- bone density, pedicles, appreciate, overlying structures versus pathological processes
aBC’s C and S
C- intravertebral spaces, S piece, approximately equal distance apart
S- let radiologist comment on soft tissues
