What are the three ACH conversion products
- Accounts Receivable Entry (ARC)
- Bank Office Conversion Entry (BOC)
- Point-of-Purchase Entry (POP
What is Account Receivable Entry?
A single entry ACH debit initiated by the originator to the account of a receiver based on an eligible source document
In an ARC transaction who retains the check?
The originator
Can an Aux on Us field business check be converted in an ARC conversion?
Only business checks that Do Not have Aux on us field can be converted
Is there an amount limit you can convert using ARC?
ARC may convert check in the amount of $25,000 or less
What is Bank Office Conversion Entry?
Single entry ACH debit that may only be used for non recurring in person payment (check been accepted at point of purchase converted to ACH debit during back office processing)
In BOC Entry who retains the check?
The originator retains the check for back office processing
What is Point-of-Purchase Entry?
Used to initiate a one time ACH debit entry to a receivers account for in person purchases made at point of purchase
In POP entry who retains the check?
The check is returned to the customer
