4 stages?
A
1 GI irritation n/v
2 latent (rising transaminases)
3 hepatic failure with jaundice, hypoglycemia, ruq pain
4 recovery or death

A
Charcoal within 1 hr
NAC - glutathione precursor with 10 hr
