Absolutely not/ too much potassium can cause toxicity and arrhythmia.
Use during Pregnancy?
No, find safer hypotensive option.

Increase blood pressure and releases Aldosterone (hormone) causing vasoconstriction.
MOA of ACE?
Inhibits ACE Enzyme II to reduce affects of enzyme, causing relief of hypertension and vasodilation.
