Which security settings can be modified based on an account owner’s role?
Role edit allows account owner to have access to Contacts, Opportunities, and Cases. The access can be:
- none (only access records they own)
- view (see records related to accounts they own)
- edit (edit records related to accounts they own)
Who can owners share an account with through manual sharing?
People: users, groups, roles, territories
Can also share Contact, Opportunities, cases related to the account.
