(1) for the crime the accomplice aided; and (2) any reasonably foreseeable crimes committed in the course of carrying out the crime

- Yes, but to be effective it must occur before the crime
- (1) accomplice must repudiate encouragement; (2) attempt to neutralize assistance; and (3) notify the police/ other action to prevent the crime
