A

a) The one who aids, abets, encourages or assists another to perform a crime will himself be liable for that crime.

b) Presence at the scene not required if aiding abetting, encouragement or assistance takes place before the crime.

c) Mere presence not enough unless the purpose is approving an encouraging crime

(a) Additional crimes are the natural and probable consequences of the crime being assisted and >SEE HAMPTON v. STATE and CABLE v. STATE
