  • Blurred vision
  • Diplopia
  • Difficulty Reading (sometimes at the end of the day)
  • Irritability
  • Poor concentrations
  • Headaches

What are the main Signs on Accommodative Insufficiency?

A
  • Amplitude of Accommodation is less than expected for age
  • Usually fail +/- 2.00D flipper test
  • Positive Relative Accommodative under -1.50D
  • MEM lag > +1.00 D
