  • place the heel of your hand on the centre of their chest
  • Place ur under hand on top and interlock your fingers
  • Push down by 5-6 cm
  • Repeat at a rate of 120 commpressione or two per second
  • You should aim to do 30 compressions and double two rescue breaths

Tilt there head back
Pinch there nosterals together
Blow into mouth untill chest rises and repeat
