pros and cons of LASPO

A

pros
- encourages people to use other methods such as ADR
- alternative sources of funding has increased in business
cons:
- many people now don’t haver legal aid increasing the time of each case
- limits the number of people who can get legal aid
- some firms are going out of business as there’s not enough people who can have legal aid and others cant afford it.
