Clinical: Autosomal dominant, greasy papules on head and neck
Histology:
- Acanthosis
- suprabasilar acantholytic dyskeratosis with corp ronds (dyskeratotic cells)
- grains (parakeratotic cells)

Transient acantholytic dermatosis (grovers)
A
Trunk of older males, itchy
3 patterns:
- Spongiotic
- PV-like suprabasilar acantholysis
- Hailey-Hailey like full thickness acantholysis
DDX:
- PV
- HHD (need history)
- Focal acantholytic dyskeratosis (incidental or associated with underlying lesion)
