Internal Forms of Social Control

A
  • Internal forms of social control come from within ourselves.
  • Internal social control is produced through the lifelong process of socialization (with parents, teachers, peers etc) that each person experiences. This is seen as the most effective form of social control.
  • Generally, there are 3 forms of Internal Social Control.
