200 mifepristone then after taking vaginal or sublingual or buccal, then 24 - 48 hours start mifepristone 800mcg same route.can give extra 800 mg dose if more than 9 weeks.

If more than 12 weeks
Give misoprostole 800 mg followed by 400 mcg every 3 hours until delivery
