what are some of the conflicts of land uses at the sands of forvie nature reserve
its a national nature reserve so it attracts tourists who can sometimes damage the reserve. therefore the public are sometimes restricted to protect wild life. fishing in the area needs to be controlled to preserve the eco system. there is a controlled use of fertilisers in the area as nitrate pollution is an issues as it stops birds breeding and eating.
what are some of the conflicts of land use at aberdeen beach front
the beach front is an object of tourism so there are restraunts, a cinema, casino and an amusement centre to try and bring people together. the harbour brings £100 million into the council through oil and fishing however people dont like the noise of the boats. there are also plans for a wind farm which would get in the way of the vessels.
what are some of the conflicts at balmedie country park
balmedie country park encourages visitors and has 150,000 visitors a year however it has to spend £2,500 a year fixing damage from visitors of its £8,000 budget.
