Smoker , male, HTN, PVD,Hyperlipidemia. Family Hx of AAA

Pulsatile mass, abdominal pain radiating to the flank, and groining. Early satiety, N/V,
discoloration of the feet.

Shock, hypoperfusion, abdominal distension, if a smoker increased diameter of the AAA and uncontrolled HTN

Abdominal ultra sound.
Non pharm treatment for a AAA
Definitive treatment is based on the size of a AAA. Smoking cessation, diet, exercise.

decrease the rate of expansion and risk of rupture.
