4 most common:
- Cirrhosis of any cause – ALD, NAFLD, PBC, PSC
- Malignancy: primary or secondary
- Hepatitis: Alcoholic, Viral
- Heart failure
Less common:
- Metabolic: Haemochromatosis
- Infectious: liver abscess
- Vascular: Budd-Chiari
- Infiltrative: amyloid, sarcoid
- Polycystic liver disease

- Moves with respiration (does not move)
- Cannot get above (yes)
