A

Massive: >8cm myeloproliferative disorders (CML and myelofibrosis)

Moderate: myelo/lymphoproliferative disorders, infiltration (gaucher’s and amyloid)

Tip: as above, portal htn, infections (EBV, IE, hepatitis), haemolytic anaemia
