Every 6 months
If a soldier is on the ABCP what is the weight loss standard?
3-8lbs per month
What are the fat loss standards for a soldier on the ABCP?
1% per month
How often is height/weight assessed when on the ABCP?
Every 30 days
Who is exempt from the ABCP?
Soldiers with major limb loss, Soldiers on established continued on AD and/ or continued on Active Reserves status, pregnant / post-partum Soldiers, 30 continuous days or more of hospitalization, and new recruits
What must happen according to doctrine for a tape to be valid?
A member of the same gender must be present
What are the restrictions placed on an individual flagged for body fat or PT?
A soldier will not be promotable nor will they be assigned to Command, CSM, or 1SG positions. They will also not be allowed to attend any military schools or training courses
