AUTO - RAT automatically extends if AC BUS 1 and 2 are not powered and airspeed > 100 kts
MAN pbs - extends the RAT at anytime

8 secs (3 secs for RAT, 5 secs to pressurize the BLUE hydro system and power the EMER GEN)
