TCAS Mode Available:
AP - OFF
FD - Follow
V/S - keep out of Red band (Both initial RA and corrective RA) & override FD orders using full speed range b/w Vαmax and Vmax

Respect any STALL, GPWS, or WINDSHEAR WARNING - (a/c automatically downgrades RA to TA when a stall/GPWS/windshear alert is triggered & also when below 1000’AGL)

MASK MAN ON pb - PRESS AT LEAST 2s

Keep an eye on cabin altitude and ONLY press MASK MAN ON PB when cabin altitude EXCEEDS 14,000’. Even if it’s likely cabin will reach 14,000’ our procedures are vetted by Airbus, management and legal/lawyers. If pressed early and oxygen runs out, you could be held liable. Take note and return to memory item when cabin altitude exceeds 14,000’ and press MASK MAN ON pb, and do PA “ATTENTION, PUT ON YOUR OXYGEN MASKS IMMEDIATELY”

22
Q

Speedbrake Limitation in Approach mode with GWCG Above 35% OR in Overweight Landing

A

During All Descent Preparation OR Immediate Return after Takeoff (319 ONLY):

  • FUEL PRED Page - Check GROSS weight CG (LSK 5R)

FO:
Confirm the FMA
Ensure A/C is Correctly Established in Descent

CA:
When established in descent:
SPEED:
