A
- Apply back pressure on stick
- Avoid heavy braking
- Align nose wheel with runway centerline
- Smoothly apply full power and maintain directional control with rudder pedals
- Nose gear will depart surface prior to Vr Rotation Speed
- Partially release back pressure on stick
- Lift off will occur prior to Vr 59 KIAS Rotation Speed
- Within IGE pitch for Vx 64 KIAS Best Angle of Climb
- 100ft / Clear of obstacles pitch for Vy 66 KIAS Best Rate of Climb
- 500ft Checks -Pitch for 70, Prop -2300 RPM, Flaps -retract, Fuel Pump -off, Lighting -off
- Resume normal climb

- Normal approach altitudes and airspeeds (90, 80, 70 KIAS)
- Downwind Flaps T/O, Establish stabilized glide path, Announce aim point short of landing point
- Base Flaps Landing, GUMPS
- Short final 65 KIAS
- Above the aim point, IGE and Idle
- Upon touchdown, Flaps retract, Simulated Maximum Braking

- Downwind Flaps T/O, Establish stabilized glide path, Announce aim point short of landing point
- Base Flaps Landing, GUMPS

- Upon Touchdown reduce throttle to above idle
- After touchdown keep throttle above idle and apply back pressure for nose up attitude
- Avoid heavy braking

- Pitch for Vy 66 KIAS Best Rate of Climb
- Flaps T/O
- Pitch for 70 KIAS (side step if required)
- 500ft Checks -Pitch for 70 KIAS, Prop -2300 RPM, Flaps -retract, Fuel Pump -off, Lighting -off
- Resume normal climb

- Clearing turns and Position report
- HDG & ALT & A/S (below Va 100 KIAS Best Maneuver A/S)
- Power increase to 22”
- Enter turn to 50°
- Maintain back pressure on stick
- Maintain ALT with Power
- Roll out 15° prior to HDG
- Repeat opposite direction
- Recover to cruise flight
- Power 18” & Propeller 2300 RPM

- Flaps T/O then Landing
- 70 KIAS increase Power 15” to decrease descent rate
- Maintain ALT & Allow A/S to bleed off until you announce “Stall”
- Baseline A/S (+5/-0) above stall A/S
- Maintain ALT with Power 18+”
- Max turn 15°
RECOVERY
- Apply full power
- Flaps T/O
- 70 KIAS Flaps retract
- Pitch for 90
- Pitch for cruise flight
- Power 18” and Prop 2300 RPM
