1. The structures of the heart and how the blood flows through it

The heart has four chambers: right atrium, right ventricle, left atrium, and left ventricle. Deoxygenated blood enters the right atrium → right ventricle → lungs, via pulmonary arteries, to get oxygenated → pulmonary veins returns oxygenated blood to the left atrium → left ventricle → pumped to the body through the aorta.
