antiepileptics use in status epilepticus

A

IV lorazepam x2 doses –> IV phenytoin (or if 10-20min seizure) // consider thiamine & glucose

no IV access: diazepam rectal 10mg –> repeat after 15mins

if seizing >20mins –> GA
