CORRECTNESS
The speaker focuses on one single objective in his/her speech so as not to confuse the audience
CLEARNESS
The speaker uses simple and specific words to express ideas.
CLEARNESS
The speaker respects the culture, beliefs, and values of his/her receivers. Being courteous creates a positive impact on the audience.
COURTESY
A message is concrete if it is supported by facts, figures, and real-life examples and situations
CONCRETENESS
The speaker should always consider the mood, background, race, preference, education, status, needs, and other relevant information about the receiver of the message to build rapport with the audience.
CONSIDERATION
This means keeping the message direct or straight to the point

Insignificant and redundant information should be eliminated.
